The Gabriel Project

Healthy Families
  • Home visitation program for parents up to age 25

  • Increases positive parenting skills, health pregnancies, use of social systems, provide referrals

  • Not able to accept referrals after the baby is three months old

  • Help moms have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby, and connect them to resources for jobs, school, housing, childcare, etc.

  • Must meet income qualifications
