Catholic Charities / Education Creates Hope and Opportunity (ECHO)
  • Helps participants to earn a high school diploma or GED while successfully parenting their children

  • Provides support to young parents so they can stay in school

  • For girls up to age 18

  • Free and voluntary

  • Parental consent required

  • Case manager meets with participants individually at school or at home, help them set realistic educational goals, and provide them with guidance and encouragement to meet those goals
